【摘要】：伴隨我國法律體系的逐漸完善,對(duì)個(gè)人私有財(cái)產(chǎn)的保護(hù)力度加大,有利于維護(hù)個(gè)人的財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。私有財(cái)產(chǎn)屬于民商法范疇,能夠發(fā)揮對(duì)私有財(cái)產(chǎn)的保護(hù)作用。然而,近年來,其保護(hù)能力不足的問題逐漸暴露,不利于對(duì)公民私有財(cái)產(chǎn)的保護(hù),因而加大其保護(hù)力度具有必要性。本文主要分析民商法中對(duì)私有財(cái)產(chǎn)保護(hù)的不足,并提出加大民商法私有財(cái)產(chǎn)保護(hù)力度的建議。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of our legal system, the protection of private property is strengthened, which is conducive to the maintenance of personal property security. Private property belongs to the category of civil and commercial law. However, in recent years, the problem of its insufficient protection capacity is gradually exposed, which is not conducive to the protection of private property of citizens. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the protection of private property. This paper mainly analyzes the deficiency of private property protection in civil and commercial law, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the protection of private property in civil and commercial law.
