【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)體制發(fā)生了巨大的轉(zhuǎn)變,相應(yīng)的企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和要素升級(jí)成為新常態(tài)下經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。PPP模式的應(yīng)用不僅轉(zhuǎn)變了政府部門(mén)的職能工作,同時(shí)還使市場(chǎng)資源得到有效配置,對(duì)企業(yè)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步都有很大的促進(jìn)意義。但PPP模式在應(yīng)用過(guò)程中仍然存在不少風(fēng)險(xiǎn),文章通過(guò)對(duì)PPP模式進(jìn)行概況分析,探討其應(yīng)用時(shí)的法律與操作上的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, has undergone tremendous changes in the economic system, enterprise structure optimization and upgrading has become the corresponding elements of the application of dynamic.PPP model development under the new economic norm of not only transform the functions of government departments, but also make the market efficient allocation of resources, are of great significance in promoting the development of enterprises and society. But the PPP mode in the application process there are still many risks, through the analysis of the mode of PPP, to investigate the risk problem of law and its application on operation.
