【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展所帶來的信息快速傳播與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)產(chǎn)生了激烈的沖突。在這樣的環(huán)境下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)相比于傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域,無疑有許多新的特點(diǎn),也就導(dǎo)致很多傳統(tǒng)的法律規(guī)定不能簡單的適用于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域。本文主要論述了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)具有哪些新特點(diǎn),產(chǎn)生了哪些新問題。以及為了解決這些問題,我們應(yīng)采用何種對(duì)策。最后論述我們應(yīng)該構(gòu)建怎樣的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)體系。
[Abstract]:The rapid dissemination of information brought by the development of Internet technology and the protection of intellectual property have produced fierce conflicts. In such an environment, the protection of intellectual property rights in the Internet is compared with the traditional field. Undoubtedly, there are many new characteristics, which leads to a lot of traditional legal provisions can not be simply applied to the field of the Internet. This paper mainly discusses the Internet environment under the protection of intellectual property rights have what new characteristics. What new problems have arisen, and what countermeasures should we adopt to solve these problems. Finally, we discuss what kind of Internet intellectual property protection system we should build.
