【摘要】：技術(shù)的提高以及經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展帶來了版權(quán)制度,而信息資源共享是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展的結(jié)晶。隨著信息化進(jìn)程的加快,信息傳統(tǒng)的拷貝、更改、擴(kuò)散與使用發(fā)生了質(zhì)的飛躍。這一方面給信息使用者獲取信息提供了方便,另一方面也給智力創(chuàng)作者們維護(hù)自己的權(quán)益帶來了諸多困難。由于版權(quán)保護(hù)在很大程度上控制了社會(huì)公眾對(duì)私有作品的獲取,所以,版權(quán)保護(hù)與信息資源共享發(fā)生沖突在所難免。因此,本文主要研究的就是如何降低兩者之間的沖突。本文分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一、二章主要就版權(quán)保護(hù)和信息資源共享的一些理論性概念以及它們產(chǎn)生的合理性進(jìn)行了介紹,第三、四章以案例和理論指出信息資源共享與版權(quán)保護(hù)的利益沖突的表現(xiàn)及原因,接著在第五章從多個(gè)角度分析降低信息資源共享與版權(quán)保護(hù)利益沖突的辦法。
[Abstract]:The development of technology and the improvement of the economy has brought the copyright system, and the sharing of information resources is the crystallization of the cultural industry and the rapid development of the market economy. With the rapid development of information technology, the traditional information copy, change, diffusion and use of a qualitative leap. It provides a convenience for the information users to obtain information, another it also gives the intellectual creators to safeguard their rights and interests has brought many difficulties. Due to copyright protection largely controlled public access to private work, therefore, the conflict can hardly be avoided in copyright protection and information resource sharing. Therefore, this paper studies how to reduce the conflict between the two. This paper is divided into five chapters some theoretical concepts. The first, second chapter is mainly about the copyright protection and information resource sharing and their rationality were introduced in the third, fourth chapter. Examples and theories point out the manifestation and reasons of interest conflict between information resources sharing and copyright protection. Then, in the fifth chapter, we analyze ways to reduce conflicts of interests between information resources sharing and copyright protection from multiple perspectives.
