【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)形成巨大的信息分布、傳輸和使用空間,著作權(quán)保護需要在不斷變化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中調(diào)整著作權(quán)人、公眾和傳播者的著作權(quán)法律關(guān)系。視頻聚合APP依托深層次鏈接技術(shù),將視頻版權(quán)方網(wǎng)站的視頻內(nèi)容呈現(xiàn)給用戶,在其高度實現(xiàn)"整合"功能的同時,以上三者的利益也出現(xiàn)了失衡。本文主要探討,網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的著作權(quán)法如何在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播模式下平衡社會公眾、著作權(quán)人、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播者之間的利益,以保護著作權(quán)、促進互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、使公眾充分享受公共信息資源。
[Abstract]:With the formation of huge information distribution, transmission and use of the Internet, copyright protection needs to adjust the copyright owner in the changing network space. The copyright legal relationship between the public and the disseminator. Video aggregation APP, relying on the deep-level link technology, presents the video content of the video copyright party website to the user, and realizes the "integration" function at the same time. This paper mainly discusses how the copyright law of cyberspace can balance the interests of the public, copyright owners and network communicators in the mode of Internet communication. In order to protect copyright, promote the development of Internet industry, make the public fully enjoy the public information resources.
