[Abstract]:To speed up the implementation of collective contracts on behalf of enterprise workers and enterprises on labor remuneration, working hours. The signing of collective contracts on rest and leave, labor safety and health, insurance benefits and other matters is an important power given to trade unions in the Labor Law and an effective mechanism for adjusting labor relations and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and workers.
