經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變背景下職工社會(huì)權(quán)益保護(hù)問題研究
[Abstract]:The concept of "changing the mode of economic development" was put forward for the first time by the 17th National Congress of China. Speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development is the main theme of the development of our national economy at present. Although scholars at home and abroad do not have a consistent view on the definition of the connotation of economic development mode, "changing the mode of economic development" is in line with the requirements of the times of scientific development. The transformation of economic development mode requires enterprises to allocate various factors of production efficiently and achieve as much output as possible with as few inputs as possible. The production status and economic benefits of enterprises can directly affect the success of the transformation of economic development mode. Under this background, enterprises must increase the investment of technology and management, realize the combination of scientific and technological elements, management factors and other factors of production, so as to promote the transformation of the mode of economic development. Therefore, the enterprise needs to carry on the technical improvement and the management optimization at the present stage. The party and government have always attached great importance to the realization of workers' rights and interests and the stability of labor relations. In April 2010, General Secretary Hu Jintao made a speech at the National Congress of commending Labor models and Advanced work. Safeguarding the social rights and interests of the working masses is the fundamental requirement of socialism. In practical work, various effective measures should be taken to enable workers and staff to participate in democratic decision-making, democratic management, democratic supervision, and decent work for the broad masses of working people. And guide the broad masses of workers to continuously improve the ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality. Although China's Labor Law has been promulgated and implemented for many years, there are still many deficiencies in the protection of workers' social rights and interests in practice, such as the enterprises ignore the workers' right to join trade unions and the lack of workers' spiritual and cultural rights. Gender inequality between men and women, the rights and interests of women workers and so on. Therefore, how to protect workers' social rights and interests under the background of changing economic development mode is an urgent problem to be solved. In order to explore how to protect the social rights and interests of workers more effectively under the background of the change of economic development mode, this paper takes various types of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as an empirical research sample on the basis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars. This paper studies the relationship between the transformation of the mode of economic development and the social rights and interests of the staff and workers, and puts forward a theoretical model of the influence of the transformation of the mode of economic development on the social rights and interests of the workers, so as to explore the relationship between the two. In this study, technological improvement and management optimization are taken as the measurement dimension of the transformation of economic development mode, the right to join and organize trade unions, the right to spiritual culture, the right to social gender equality, and the special rights and interests of female workers and staff are taken as the measurement dimension of workers' social rights and interests. Educational background, position, enterprise nature and enterprise scale are the controlling variables. The conceptual model of economic development mode transformation and workers' social rights and interests is established, and 13 research hypotheses are put forward. According to the conceptual model and research hypothesis, this study designed a questionnaire, and took various types of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as the survey object, conducted a questionnaire survey, and obtained empirical data. SPSS16.0 and LISREL8.7 are used to analyze the hypotheses. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the empirical results, this paper summarizes several inspirations for the protection of workers' social rights and interests in China, in order to provide reference and reference for the protection of workers' social rights and interests in our country, at the same time, In view of the shortcomings of this study, the future research direction is put forward, which is helpful for the future research.
