多焊點(diǎn)Hot-bar錫焊工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】: 富士康科技集團(tuán)是面向全球PC(Personal Computer個(gè)人電腦)產(chǎn)業(yè)提供電子連接器及線纜等產(chǎn)品的制造商。面對(duì)原材料費(fèi)用,人力成本上升及新勞動(dòng)法的出臺(tái),電子連接器及線纜生產(chǎn)商要保持并提高產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)有的利潤(rùn)空間,就必須進(jìn)行自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)和工藝優(yōu)化、降低產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工時(shí);提高產(chǎn)品直通率(一次合格率)和降低廢品率,才能不斷降低生產(chǎn)成本和提升產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 論文闡述了PC產(chǎn)業(yè)中線纜連接器(Conn.)主要焊接方式Hot-bar焊接及其應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)。在激烈的產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,各接插件廠商為了提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,爭(zhēng)相采用自動(dòng)化焊接方式和優(yōu)化接插件焊接工藝。其中美商Tyco(泰科),日商Marunix(丸仁),臺(tái)商Wanshih(萬(wàn)旭),HI-TEK(樺晟),Acon(連展)等接插件組裝廠商都先后采用Hot-bar焊接。另外,由于筆記本電腦向著輕、薄、小方向發(fā)展,同樣對(duì)應(yīng)的線纜的Conn.也向著Pitch更小,產(chǎn)品更薄的方向發(fā)展,要求Conn.的焊接水平會(huì)更高,基于Hot-bar焊接工藝的一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)及其溫度穩(wěn)定性,其已經(jīng)成為自動(dòng)焊接的主攻方向。 本文從富士康公司線纜連接器(Conn.)生產(chǎn)中推行Hot-bar焊接代替原先的手工焊接實(shí)際狀況出發(fā),討論分析了Conn.采用Hot-bar焊接代替手工焊接的可行性,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)Conn. Hot-bar焊接的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了Conn. Hot-bar焊接不良的主要形式,論文對(duì)Conn. Hot-bar焊接的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行假設(shè)檢定,篩選出參數(shù)中的顯著影響因子;篩選試驗(yàn)前對(duì)試驗(yàn)所使用的機(jī)臺(tái)進(jìn)行溫度量測(cè)校驗(yàn),通過(guò)試驗(yàn)建立了機(jī)臺(tái)溫度同量測(cè)電阻片之間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)線纜連接器焊接溫度的有效監(jiān)控。對(duì)篩選后的兩個(gè)顯著影響因子“焊接時(shí)間”和“焊接溫度”,運(yùn)用響應(yīng)曲面設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)優(yōu)化,確定最優(yōu)焊接工藝參數(shù);采用優(yōu)化的焊接工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)際焊接試驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)其有效性。通過(guò)生產(chǎn)線實(shí)際焊接試驗(yàn)證明,Conn. Hot-bar焊接的不良率在原先的基礎(chǔ)上降低了10個(gè)百分點(diǎn);從經(jīng)濟(jì)上看,每年可以為公司節(jié)約100多萬(wàn)RMB。同時(shí)提高了生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)品良品率,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,提升了產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Foxconn Technology Group is a manufacturer of electronic connectors and cables for the global PC (Personal Computer PC industry. In the face of raw material cost, rising labor cost and the introduction of new labor law, manufacturers of electronic connectors and cables must carry out automatic production and process optimization to reduce production hours in order to maintain and improve the existing profit space of their products. Only by increasing the pass rate and reducing the scrap rate can the production cost and product competitiveness be continuously reduced. The (Conn.) of cable connector in PC industry is expounded in this paper. Main welding method Hot-bar welding and its application characteristics. In order to improve the quality of products, the manufacturers of connectors are competing to adopt automatic welding and optimize welding process in the fierce industrial competition. Among them, American Tyco, Japanese Marunix and Taiwanese Wanshih HI-TEK have adopted Hot-bar welding. In addition, as laptops develop in light, thin, and small directions, the same corresponding cable Conn. Also toward the direction of smaller Pitch and thinner products, Conn. is required Based on a series of advantages and temperature stability of Hot-bar welding process, it has become the main direction of automatic welding. This article is based on Foxconn cable connector (Conn.) The actual situation of Hot-bar welding instead of manual welding in production is discussed and analyzed. It is feasible to adopt Hot-bar welding instead of manual welding, on the basis of which, the Conn. is applied. The status quo of Hot-bar welding is analyzed, and Conn. is statistically analyzed. The main forms of Hot-bar welding defects, the paper on Conn. The process parameters of Hot-bar welding were tested hypothetically, and the significant influencing factors were screened out, and the temperature measurement of the machine used in the test was checked before the screening test, and the mathematical relationship between the same temperature measuring resistor sheet of the machine was established through the test. The welding temperature of cable connector is effectively monitored. For the two significant influence factors "welding time" and "welding temperature" after screening, the optimum welding parameters are determined by the design of response surface, and the actual welding test is carried out by using the optimized welding process parameters. Test its validity. Through the actual welding test of the production line, it is proved that Connon. The defective rate of Hot-bar welding has been reduced by 10 percentage points from the original level; economically, it can save the company more than 1 million RMB. a year. At the same time, it improves the production line product rate, reduces the production cost and promotes the market competitiveness of the product.
