【摘要】：本文在梳理現(xiàn)行破產(chǎn)法律、法規(guī)和政策關于勞動者權益保障的規(guī)定的基礎上,試圖論證在新的破產(chǎn)法中應當保障的勞動者權益的性質(zhì)、范圍,以及保障的程度。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the current bankruptcy laws, regulations and policies on the protection of workers' rights and interests, this paper tries to demonstrate the nature, scope and degree of protection of workers' rights and interests that should be protected in the new bankruptcy law.
