[Abstract]:Emphasizing the maintenance function, the implementation of the Labor Law has been carried out deeply into Zhang Guoxiang since January 1, 1995. One year has passed since the implementation of the Labor Law. Over the past year, trade union organizations at all levels, guided by Comrade Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and the party's basic line, have conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit of the fourth and Fifth Plenary sessions of the 14th CPC Central Committee, and actively practiced the 12 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
