【摘要】：《中華人民共和國勞動合同法》是一部直接配置勞動者與用人單位利益的重要法律,歷經全國人大常委會四次審議和向全民征集意見,在制定過程中爭論非常激烈。了解其中對若干問題的爭論和立法選擇,有助于對《勞動合同法》的理解和適用。
[Abstract]:The Labor contract Law of the people's Republic of China is an important law that directly allocates the interests of workers and employers. It has been deliberated by the standing Committee of the National people's Congress four times and solicited opinions from the whole people. It is helpful to understand and apply the Labor contract Law.
