【摘要】：就業(yè)平等權的本質(zhì)就是勞動者就業(yè)的權利相同和機會均等,而反對任何不合理的差別對待。大學生就業(yè)歧視是對大學生就業(yè)平等權的侵害。大學生就業(yè)平等權的侵害既有社會原因,又有法制保障的不足。要保證大學生公平就業(yè),必須社會保障與法制保障并舉,雙管齊下,但最主要的是要加強法制保障。
[Abstract]:The essence of the right of equality in employment is the equality of rights and opportunities of workers, while opposing any unreasonable discrimination. Employment discrimination of college students is a violation of the equal right to employment of college students. The infringement of the equal right of employment of college students has both social reasons and insufficient legal protection. In order to ensure the fair employment of college students, both social security and legal security must be carried out simultaneously, but the most important thing is to strengthen the legal security.
