[Abstract]:Article 48 of the Labor Law of the people's Republic of China shall generally implement the minimum wage guarantee system throughout the country in 1995: "the State shall implement the minimum wage guarantee system. The minimum wage shall be prescribed by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and reported to the State Council for the record. " In accordance with this regulation, the Ministry of Labour on October 8, 1994 to the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and municipalities separately planned to work.
