【摘要】：全總十二屆二次執(zhí)委會提出的工作總思路的基本精神，是突出工會的維護職能，善于運用《勞動法》賦予工會的各項職權(quán)，尤其是運用平等協(xié)商，簽訂集體合同制度，做好維持職工合法權(quán)益工作。依據(jù)這一基本精神，，我們市總在研究今年工作時就提出，按照不同類別企業(yè)先抓平等協(xié)商...
[Abstract]:The basic spirit of the general idea of the work put forward by the second Executive Committee of the 12th session of the Federation is to give prominence to the maintenance function of trade unions, to be good at using the various functions and powers entrusted to trade unions by the Labor Law, especially to use the system of equal consultation and the signing of collective contracts. Do a good job to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff. According to this basic spirit, our city always in the study of this year's work proposed, according to different types of enterprises to first grasp equal consultation.
