【摘要】： 根據(jù)國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局的《2007年國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)》,2007年,我國對外貿(mào)易出口總額為12180億美元,占當(dāng)年GDP的比重高達(dá)40%,對外貿(mào)易已經(jīng)成為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,對外貿(mào)易的穩(wěn)定增長,對保持我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 與此同時(shí),國內(nèi)外宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢不斷變化,人民幣持續(xù)升值,美國次貸危機(jī),國際原料市場價(jià)格上漲,出口退稅政策調(diào)整,新勞動(dòng)法頒布等等,對外貿(mào)易出口形勢不容樂觀,過去出口企業(yè)成本取勝的單一商業(yè)模式已無法保證企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢,必須創(chuàng)造性的開拓新的商業(yè)模式,調(diào)整經(jīng)營策略,以應(yīng)對復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢。本文通過對國內(nèi)外宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,明確企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略定位,通過SWOT分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)和優(yōu)勢,運(yùn)用藍(lán)海戰(zhàn)略的分析方法繪制企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略布局圖,找到一條適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的藍(lán)海模式。
[Abstract]:According to the Statistical Bulletin of National Economic and Social Development of 2007 issued by the State Bureau of Statistics, in 2007, China's total foreign trade exports amounted to US $1.218 trillion, accounting for 40% of GDP that year, and foreign trade has become an important part of China's national economic development.The steady growth of foreign trade is of great strategic significance to maintain the sustained and stable growth of our national economy.At the same time, the macroeconomic situation at home and abroad is constantly changing, the RMB continues to appreciate, the US sub-prime mortgage crisis, the international raw material market prices rise, the export tax rebate policy is adjusted, the new labor law is promulgated, and so on. The foreign trade export situation is not optimistic.In the past, the single business model of cost winning for export enterprises can not guarantee the competitive advantage of enterprises. It is necessary to creatively open up new business models and adjust management strategies in order to cope with the complex economic situation.Through the analysis of the macroeconomic environment and the whole industry at home and abroad, this paper clarifies the strategic orientation of the enterprise, finds out the opportunity and advantage of the enterprise through SWOT analysis, and draws the strategic layout map of the enterprise by using the analytical method of blue sea strategy.Find a blue sea model suitable for enterprise development.
