【摘要】：正雙證書教育是指受教育者在取得學歷證書的同時,取得相關(guān)的職業(yè)資格證書。職業(yè)資格證書是國家證書制度的一個組成部分,是勞動者求職、任職、開業(yè)的資格憑證,是用人單位招聘,錄用勞動者的主要依據(jù)。為加強職業(yè)資格證書制度建設(shè),推行勞動就業(yè)準入制度,國家出臺了一系列法律法規(guī)。1994年頒布的《中華人民共和國勞動法》明確提出：“國家確定職業(yè)分類,對規(guī)定的職業(yè)制定職業(yè)技能標準,實行職業(yè)資格證書制度”。1996年《中華人民共和國教育法》規(guī)定“實施職業(yè)教育應(yīng)當根據(jù)實際需要,同國家制定的職業(yè)分類和職業(yè)等級標準相
[Abstract]:Positive and double certificate education means that the educatee obtains the relevant professional qualification certificate while obtaining the diploma certificate.
