【摘要】：1995年元月1日起,《中華人民共和國勞動法》開始實施,中國法制又翻開新的一頁,它的實施,會在社會生活中起到規(guī)范勞資行為、解決勞動爭議、和諧勞動關系、促進經濟發(fā)展的作用。特別是近幾年來,我國勞資糾紛日益增多,侵害職工權益現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生,現(xiàn)在廣大勞動者都可以拿起《勞動法》這個武器,來捍衛(wèi)自己的合法權益了。
[Abstract]:Since January 1st 1995, the Labor Law of the people's Republic of China has been put into effect, and China's legal system has turned a new leaf. Its implementation will play a role in regulating labor and capital behavior, resolving labor disputes, and harmonious labor relations in social life. The role of promoting economic development, especially in recent years, labor disputes in China are increasing day by day, infringing on workers' rights and interests from time to time. Now the majority of workers can take up the weapon of "Labor Law" to defend their legitimate rights and interests.
