【摘要】：生產(chǎn)關(guān)系是社會(huì)關(guān)系中最基礎(chǔ)的關(guān)系,而勞動(dòng)關(guān)系是生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的主要內(nèi)容,構(gòu)成勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的主體是勞動(dòng)者和企業(yè),他們分別代表了勞動(dòng)與資本。在生產(chǎn)過程中,企業(yè)追求的是利潤(rùn)最大化,而勞動(dòng)者則追求工作穩(wěn)定和收入最大化,這就不可避免產(chǎn)生相互間權(quán)利和利益上的矛盾。如果勞資矛盾進(jìn)一步加劇,就會(huì)發(fā)生沖突和對(duì)抗,破壞社會(huì)和諧,影響社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。文章從我國當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型背景出發(fā),借鑒國外的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析我國企業(yè)勞資關(guān)系不和諧的狀況,提出我國企業(yè)勞資關(guān)系二元所有權(quán)構(gòu)架的構(gòu)想,探索實(shí)施的具體路徑。
[Abstract]:The relations of production are the most basic relations in social relations, and the labor relations are the main contents of the relations of production. The main bodies of the labor relations are workers and enterprises, which represent labor and capital respectively. In the process of production, The enterprise pursues the profit maximization, while the laborer pursues the work stability and the income maximization, this inevitably produces the mutual rights and the benefit contradiction. If the labor and capital contradiction further intensifies, will have the conflict and the confrontation, From the background of the current economic transformation of our country, the article analyzes the disharmonious situation of the labor relations of the enterprises in our country, based on the actual experience of foreign countries, in order to destroy the social harmony and affect the social stability. This paper puts forward the conception of dual ownership structure of enterprise labor relations in our country, and explores the specific path of implementation.
