本文主要是研究緬甸的法律體系、緬甸對(duì)于外商投資法的進(jìn)一步修訂,以及在緬甸不同的政治體系變革時(shí)期外商投資法的發(fā)展問題。本文致力于向在緬甸進(jìn)行投資活動(dòng)的外國投資者提供有關(guān)緬甸政治體系的變革以及其對(duì)于FDI法律修訂的信息。本文反映了緬甸對(duì)于外國投資法律的法制改革,為緬甸投資創(chuàng)造了有利的條件,且本文含蓋緬甸對(duì)外國投資者的法律保護(hù)的條文集合。在本文中,研究了關(guān)于發(fā)布許可證并制定投資激勵(lì)政策的緬甸投資機(jī)構(gòu)的相關(guān)最新信息。通過逐步修訂投資法和其他投資相關(guān)法律,緬甸投資相關(guān)的社會(huì)公共機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)向外國投資者在其設(shè)立公司和企業(yè)的過程中提供必要協(xié)助,起到了積極有效的參與作用,使得外國投資者的公司和企業(yè)能夠快速擺脫繁文縟節(jié)等不必要的麻煩。由于緬甸投資法在制定時(shí)結(jié)合了之前的外國投資法和緬甸國民投資法,最新的規(guī)范和法規(guī)如同附屬法規(guī)一般有必要為外國投資者所了解。在最新的投資法中,由于有吸引外國投資者的意向,其涉及外國投資者招商權(quán)(比如土地租賃權(quán))和外國投資者待遇等的條文,在制定上與國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范相符。不同于目前對(duì)緬甸來說極其重要的投資相關(guān)的法律,對(duì)于在緬甸設(shè)立公司和引進(jìn)投資的基本法律需求顯得并不那么突出。有關(guān)商業(yè)活動(dòng)組...
