【摘要】：以社會化媒體為數(shù)據(jù)源,以產(chǎn)品傷害危機(jī)為研究對象,對產(chǎn)品傷害危機(jī)中車主維權(quán)行為的影響因素及具體影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究。收集了"汽車之家"論壇上關(guān)于汽車產(chǎn)品傷害危機(jī)的帖子,利用扎根理論這一系統(tǒng)化的理論方法對論壇帖子進(jìn)行分析整理,并引入計劃行為理論、組織支持理論等,得出汽車產(chǎn)品傷害危機(jī)中車主維權(quán)行為的影響因素模型,并對影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行了具體分析。研究結(jié)果表明:影響車主維權(quán)行為意向的因素主要有維權(quán)態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范和知覺行為控制,維權(quán)意向受到組織支持的調(diào)節(jié)作用,進(jìn)而影響維權(quán)實(shí)際行為的產(chǎn)生。最后,從車主和政府兩個角度為保障車主的合法權(quán)益提供了相應(yīng)的策略和參考建議。
[Abstract]:Taking the social media as the data source and the product injury crisis as the research object, this paper studies the influencing factors and specific influencing mechanisms of the owner's rights protection behavior in the product injury crisis. This paper collects the posts on automobile product injury crisis in "Automobile House" forum, analyzes and arranges the forum posts by using the systematic theoretical method of rooted theory, and introduces the theory of planning behavior, organizational support theory and so on, and obtains the influencing factor model of vehicle owners' rights protection behavior in automobile product injury crisis, and makes a concrete analysis of the influencing mechanism. The results show that the main factors that affect the vehicle owners' behavior intention are the attitude of safeguarding rights, the control of subjective norms and perceptual behavior, and the regulation of the intention of safeguarding rights by the organization, which affects the actual behavior of protecting the rights. Finally, from the perspective of vehicle owners and the government to protect the legitimate rights and interests of owners to provide corresponding strategies and reference suggestions.
