【摘要】：正《國務院辦公廳關(guān)于深化改革推進出租汽車行業(yè)健康發(fā)展的指導意見》(以下簡稱《指導意見》)、交通部等7部門《網(wǎng)絡(luò)預約出租汽車經(jīng)營服務管理暫行辦法》(以下簡稱《暫行辦法》)正式頒布后,引起了強烈反響,各界對其的評價總體是正面的,認為它們較充分地吸納了公眾意見,賦予網(wǎng)約車以合法的地位。但通觀《指導意見》與《暫行辦法》全文,并結(jié)合之后公開的《網(wǎng)絡(luò)預約出租汽車運營服務規(guī)范(征求意見稿)》等文件發(fā)現(xiàn),新政將給網(wǎng)約
