【摘要】："零負(fù)團(tuán)費"是我國旅游業(yè)高速發(fā)展過程中的特有現(xiàn)象,直接影響到旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的商業(yè)模式和旅游相關(guān)主體的利益關(guān)系。在用伯川德模型分析"零負(fù)團(tuán)費"成因的基礎(chǔ)上,提出在市場結(jié)構(gòu)不發(fā)生變化的環(huán)境下,僅僅依靠《旅游法》對"零負(fù)團(tuán)費"治理難以達(dá)到預(yù)期效果,并進(jìn)一步指出治理"零負(fù)團(tuán)費"還需要相應(yīng)的鼓勵旅游集團(tuán)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、提高進(jìn)入壁壘等產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的配合。
[Abstract]:"Zero negative group fee" is a unique phenomenon in the process of rapid development of tourism in China, which directly affects the business model of tourism industry and the interest relationship of tourism related subjects. On the basis of analyzing the causes of "zero negative group fee" with Bertrand model, it is pointed out that under the environment of no change in market structure, it is difficult to achieve the desired effect by relying solely on the Tourism Law to control the "zero negative group fee". It is further pointed out that it is necessary to encourage the development of tourism groups, product innovation, and improve barriers to entry and other industrial policies to control the "zero negative group fee".
