【摘要】：金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展起著決定性作用。民眾的金融意識(shí)強(qiáng)弱關(guān)系到金融的發(fā)展程度。目前,連云港市民眾在金融公共安全教育方面存在著許多問(wèn)題,課題把連云港市民眾金融公共安全教育問(wèn)題作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)于凈化金融業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境,降低金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生的概率,使連云港金融專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)普及率得到提高具有十分重要的意義。論文進(jìn)行了四個(gè)方面的研究。首先,課題研究了金融公共安全問(wèn)題的理論基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)民眾金融公共安全教育的意義提出了自己的觀點(diǎn),并對(duì)核心概念進(jìn)行了界定。其次,研究了連云港市金融業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并從安全意識(shí)、防范意識(shí)、保護(hù)意識(shí)三個(gè)方面研究了連云港市民眾金融安全意識(shí)存在的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)挖掘了連云港市民眾金融安全教育存在的問(wèn)題。再次,從主體宣傳、教育體系、制度法規(guī)三個(gè)方面分析了連云港市民眾金融公共安全教育問(wèn)題的成因。最后,在實(shí)際案例和綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了充分發(fā)揮金融管理主體宣傳教育職能、構(gòu)建市民金融公共安全教育體系、借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、嚴(yán)厲打擊金融犯罪、完善市民金融公共安全教育法規(guī)以加強(qiáng)連云港市民眾金融公共安全教育的對(duì)策。論文采用了多種研究方法。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法,搜集、鑒別、整理相關(guān)資料;運(yùn)用調(diào)查研究法,獲得第一手資料,分析現(xiàn)狀;運(yùn)用案例分析法,根據(jù)典型案例分析,闡釋了加強(qiáng)民眾金融公共安全教育的迫切性。
[Abstract]:Finance is the core of modern economy and plays a decisive role in the rapid development of economy. The financial consciousness of the people is related to the degree of financial development. At present, there are many problems in the financial public safety education in Lianyungang City. The subject takes the financial public safety education in Lianyungang City as the research object, in order to purify the development environment of the financial industry. It is of great significance to reduce the probability of financial risk and improve the popularization rate of financial professional knowledge in Lianyungang. Four aspects of research are carried out in this paper. First of all, the subject studies the theoretical basis of financial public security. This paper puts forward its own views on the significance of people's financial public safety education, and defines the core concepts. Secondly, it studies the present situation of the development of financial industry in Lianyungang City, and studies the problems existing in the awareness of financial security in Lianyungang City from three aspects: safety consciousness, prevention consciousness and protection consciousness. At the same time, it excavates the problems existing in the financial security education of the people in Lianyungang City. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the causes of financial public safety education in Lianyungang City from three aspects: main body propaganda, education system and regulations. Finally, on the basis of actual cases and comprehensive analysis, this paper puts forward that we should give full play to the propaganda and education functions of the main body of financial management, construct the education system of public financial safety of citizens, draw lessons from the advanced experience of developed countries, and crack down on financial crimes severely. To perfect the laws and regulations of citizens' financial public safety education in order to strengthen the countermeasures of people's financial public safety education in Lianyungang City. In this paper, a variety of research methods are adopted. The literature research method is used to collect, identify and sort out the relevant data, and the investigation and research method is used to obtain the first-hand data and analyze the present situation. By using the case analysis method and according to the typical case analysis, this paper explains the urgency of strengthening the public financial public safety education.
