【摘要】：正事業(yè)單位法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)建設(shè)是事業(yè)單位分類改革進(jìn)入"深水區(qū)"、進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化事業(yè)單位管理體制和運(yùn)行機(jī)制的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。近年來(lái),濰坊市確定試點(diǎn)事業(yè)單位43家,其中,教育系統(tǒng)中小學(xué)15家、衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)公立醫(yī)院15家、文化系統(tǒng)文化場(chǎng)館13家。試點(diǎn)單位成立了理事會(huì)或管委會(huì),修訂了章程,制定了內(nèi)部管理制度,建立了相對(duì)完整的法人治理架構(gòu)和工作運(yùn)行體系。完善"一個(gè)機(jī)制"。即決策、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)督"三位一體"的管理運(yùn)行機(jī)制,明確決策層、執(zhí)行層、監(jiān)督層的
