【摘要】：微商作為新的電子商務交易模式,以信任為基石在朋友圈等熟人之間展開商品交易,這一便利且快捷的銷售模式,以其低門檻、靈活性強、低成本等特點,迅速風靡全國,所有朋友圈均可見微商的活躍。伴隨著微商經(jīng)營模式的躥紅,隨之帶來的問題也日益凸顯。本文從對微商的特點歸納和現(xiàn)狀描述入手,以問卷調查和體驗式調查為基礎分析微商發(fā)展中存在的問題,最終提出了規(guī)范微商發(fā)展的法律對策。
[Abstract]:As a new electronic commerce transaction model, with trust as the cornerstone of commodity trading between acquaintances such as friends, this convenient and fast sales model, with its low threshold, strong flexibility, low cost and other characteristics, quickly swept the country. The activity of derivative quotient can be seen in all circle of friends. Along with the rapid rise of the business model of derivative business, the problems brought along with it are also becoming more and more prominent. In this paper, the characteristics and current situation of derivative quotient are summarized. Based on questionnaire survey and experiential investigation, the problems existing in the development of derivative quotient are analyzed. Finally, the legal countermeasures to standardize the development of derivative quotient are put forward.
