【摘要】：虛擬信用卡有其自身特點(diǎn),與傳統(tǒng)信用卡有很大不同。虛擬信用卡的相關(guān)爭(zhēng)議風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要集中在合規(guī)性與安全性兩個(gè)方面。合規(guī)性包括虛擬信用卡發(fā)卡人主體資格與發(fā)卡程序的合規(guī)性問(wèn)題,安全性問(wèn)題是指可能存在的違約風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、身份識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、洗錢(qián)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、信息安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等。監(jiān)管理念應(yīng)當(dāng)是效率優(yōu)先兼顧防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn),尋求監(jiān)管與創(chuàng)新的平衡。
[Abstract]:Virtual credit card has its own characteristics, and is very different from traditional credit card. The dispute risk of virtual credit card is mainly focused on compliance and security. Compliance includes the subject qualification of the virtual credit card issuer and the compliance of the card issuing procedure. The security problem refers to the possible default risk, identity identification risk, money laundering risk, information security risk and so on. The idea of supervision should be that efficiency should give priority to risk prevention and seek a balance between supervision and innovation.
