【摘要】：正職業(yè)打假人的存在對(duì)于抵制、打擊制假售假行為有著積極的作用,但其給市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序帶來的負(fù)面影響也不容忽視近日,國(guó)家工商總局發(fā)布的《消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)法實(shí)施條例(征求意見稿)》中提到"金融消費(fèi)者以外的自然人、法人和其他組織以營(yíng)利為目的而購(gòu)買、使用商品或者接受服務(wù)的行為不適用本條例。"該規(guī)定再次引發(fā)社會(huì)各界對(duì)職業(yè)打假人的關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:The existence of positive professional counterfeiters plays a positive role in resisting and cracking down on counterfeiting, but its negative impact on the order of the market economy cannot be ignored recently. The regulations on the implementation of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and interests issued by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce (draft for solicitation of opinions) mentioned that "Natural persons, legal persons and other organizations other than financial consumers purchase for profit," These regulations shall not apply to the use of goods or services. " This regulation once again aroused the attention of all walks of life to the professional anti-counterfeiters.
