【摘要】：社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性日益增強(qiáng),大多數(shù)的企業(yè)由于經(jīng)營(yíng)不善,面臨倒閉或者是破產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)于企業(yè)破產(chǎn)是債務(wù)人不能償清企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)的狀態(tài)下宣布破產(chǎn),破產(chǎn)法致力于解決的問題,也是破產(chǎn)程序能夠正式啟動(dòng)的依據(jù)。本文將從我國(guó)破產(chǎn)原因制度方面進(jìn)行分析,提出相應(yīng)的措施。
[Abstract]:Under the conditions of the socialist market economy, the competition among enterprises is increasing day by day. Most enterprises are facing bankruptcy or bankruptcy due to poor management. For the bankruptcy of the enterprise, the bankruptcy law is devoted to solve the problem that the debtor can not pay off the financial state of the enterprise, and it is also the basis for the bankruptcy procedure to be formally started. This article will carry on the analysis from our country bankruptcy reason system aspect, proposed the corresponding measure.
