【摘要】：正2015年6月10日,國(guó)務(wù)院法制辦公布了《中華人民共和國(guó)環(huán)境保護(hù)稅法(征求意見(jiàn)稿)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《征求意見(jiàn)稿》),公開(kāi)向社會(huì)各界征求意見(jiàn),并于2015年7月9日結(jié)束征求意見(jiàn)�！墩髑笠庖�(jiàn)稿》對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)稅的立法目的、征稅對(duì)象、征稅范圍、征收管理等方面做出了規(guī)定,標(biāo)志著我國(guó)環(huán)境保護(hù)稅立法實(shí)踐取得實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展。本文結(jié)合稅政征管實(shí)踐,就環(huán)境保護(hù)稅的征管提出以下建議。一、合理確定征管模式,發(fā)揮環(huán)保、稅務(wù)兩個(gè)
[Abstract]:In June 10, 2015, the legal office of the State Council promulgated the People's Republic of China environmental protection tax law (solicit draft for comments) (hereinafter referred to as the solicitation draft), publicly soliciting opinions from all walks of life, and ending in July 9, 2015. < soliciting comments > for legislative purposes, objects of taxation, scope of Taxation, collection management of environmental protection tax. The rules and regulations have been made, which marks the substantial progress in the legislative practice of environmental protection tax in China. In this paper, the following suggestions are put forward on the collection and management of environmental protection tax in accordance with the practice of tax administration and management.
