【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)法中法律術(shù)語、法律思維與顏色文化、顏色心理相結(jié)合,將顏色的基本類型與特點(diǎn)投射于經(jīng)濟(jì)法中相關(guān)法律現(xiàn)象的認(rèn)知與表達(dá)上,故出現(xiàn)了黑色、白色、灰色、紅色、藍(lán)色、綠色等的顏色法律隱喻。經(jīng)濟(jì)法中大量顏色法律隱喻的存在,體現(xiàn)了獨(dú)特的經(jīng)濟(jì)法文化現(xiàn)象,極大地豐富了經(jīng)濟(jì)法的表現(xiàn)力與感染力。這不僅有助于探尋經(jīng)濟(jì)法的起源,也可改變社會成員對經(jīng)濟(jì)法束縛性、壓迫性的消極印象,增強(qiáng)法律的娛人、化人的功能。
[Abstract]:In economic law, legal terms, legal thinking and color culture, color psychology are combined, the basic types and characteristics of color are projected onto the cognition and expression of relevant legal phenomena in economic law, so there appears black, white, gray and red. The color legal metaphor of blue, green, etc. The existence of a large number of color legal metaphors in economic law embodies the unique cultural phenomenon of economic law and greatly enriches the expression and appeal of economic law. This not only helps to explore the origin of economic law, but also can change the negative impression of social members on the restraint and oppression of economic law, and enhance the function of entertaining and transforming people.
