【摘要】：由于快速推進(jìn)的利率市場化改革,我國金融混業(yè)經(jīng)營大潮已然形成。在這一趨勢下,目前國內(nèi)金融分業(yè)監(jiān)管模式的弊端愈發(fā)顯現(xiàn),實行金融混業(yè)監(jiān)管勢在必行,然而就如何實施混業(yè)監(jiān)管仍然眾說紛紜。次貸危機(jī)后,西方包括英美在內(nèi)的發(fā)達(dá)國家紛紛進(jìn)行金融監(jiān)管體制改革,發(fā)展和完善了混業(yè)監(jiān)管理論,研究英國的改革新措施,對于我國未來進(jìn)行金融監(jiān)管體制改革具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:As a result of the fast advance interest rate marketization reform, our country financial mixed business management spring tide has already formed. Under this trend, the malpractice of the domestic financial supervision mode is becoming more and more obvious, it is imperative to implement the financial mixed supervision, but there are still different opinions on how to implement the mixed supervision. After the subprime mortgage crisis, the western developed countries, including the United States and the United States, carried out the reform of the financial supervision system one after another, developed and improved the theory of mixed industry supervision, and studied the new reform measures in Britain. It has certain reference significance for our country to carry on the financial supervision system reform in the future.
