【摘要】：滴滴、優(yōu)步的合并是否應(yīng)當(dāng)主動(dòng)申報(bào),引發(fā)了大家關(guān)于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)雙邊市場(chǎng)及經(jīng)營(yíng)者集中申報(bào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的思考,從中我們可以窺見(jiàn),我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的單一經(jīng)營(yíng)者集中申報(bào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中似乎并不能適用于所有的產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文提出借由對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)雙邊市場(chǎng)的討論,提出經(jīng)營(yíng)者申報(bào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)細(xì)化、申報(bào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)即時(shí)修正,引入行業(yè)系數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營(yíng)者主動(dòng)申報(bào)范圍等完善路徑。
[Abstract]:Didi, Uber's merger should take the initiative to declare, causing us to think about the Internet bilateral market and the centralized reporting standards for operators, from which we can see. The existing centralized reporting standard for single operators in China does not seem to be applicable to all industries in the process of complex economic development. Based on the discussion of the internet bilateral market, this paper puts forward some perfect ways such as the refinement of the declaration standard of the operator, the immediate revision of the declaration standard, the introduction of the industry coefficient standard, and the expansion of the scope of the voluntary declaration of the operator.
