【摘要】：當(dāng)前,一些互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)濫用自身所掌握的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,在為客戶提供產(chǎn)品的同時(shí),往往會(huì)對(duì)消費(fèi)者進(jìn)行區(qū)別性定價(jià),從而使得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)獲得超額利潤。這種現(xiàn)象會(huì)對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新造成極大傷害,更會(huì)對(duì)消費(fèi)者的福利獲取產(chǎn)生較大的削弱作用�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)作為一種全新的經(jīng)濟(jì)方式,其對(duì)于市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響正在不斷增加,借助反壟斷法對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格進(jìn)行限制的同時(shí)也必須適應(yīng)該市場(chǎng)的特殊性。當(dāng)然,在我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下,對(duì)于價(jià)格歧視規(guī)制應(yīng)當(dāng)充分借鑒當(dāng)前國際社會(huì)的成功案例。
[Abstract]:At present, some Internet companies abuse their own dominant position, while providing products to customers, they often make differential pricing to consumers, thus making Internet companies gain excess profits. This phenomenon will cause great injury to the technology innovation of the Internet, and will produce greater benefits for consumers. As a new economic way, the Internet economy has an increasing impact on the market economy, and the price of Internet products is limited by the use of antitrust law, but also the particularity of the market. Of course, under the background of China's Internet economy, the regulation of price discrimination should be fully used for reference. A successful case of the former international community.
