【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)前我國(guó)對(duì)外政策發(fā)展應(yīng)用不斷成熟,如今我國(guó)外交能力大大提升,同時(shí)更為重要的是我國(guó)對(duì)外發(fā)展過(guò)程中,需要結(jié)合自身實(shí)際,制定切合實(shí)際的發(fā)展策略,而"一帶一路"就成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)對(duì)外發(fā)展時(shí),極其重要的政策理念。本文擬從"一帶一路"框架的具體內(nèi)涵分析入手,結(jié)合"一帶一路"框架下中俄茶葉貿(mào)易的具體開(kāi)展?fàn)顩r,通過(guò)分析中俄茶葉貿(mào)易開(kāi)展過(guò)程中存在的法律問(wèn)題,從而探究"一帶一路"框架下中俄茶葉貿(mào)易法律規(guī)制建設(shè)的具體思路。
[Abstract]:With the current development and application of foreign policy of our country maturing, our diplomatic ability has been greatly enhanced. What is more important is that in the course of our foreign development, we need to work out realistic development strategies in the light of our own reality. Belt and Road has become an extremely important policy concept in China's external development. This paper begins with the analysis of the connotation of "Belt and Road" frame, and analyzes the legal problems existing in the process of developing Sino-Russian tea trade by combining the specific development situation of Sino-Russian tea trade under the frame of "Belt and Road". In order to explore the framework of Belt and Road, China-Russia tea trade legal regulation of the specific ideas.
