【摘要】：作為電子商務(wù)結(jié)算的重要方式,電子支付對(duì)于電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的作用,在一定程度上,只有電子支付得到廣泛應(yīng)用,電子商務(wù)才能充分發(fā)揮它的潛能。電子支付在便利交易、推動(dòng)電子商務(wù)等方面發(fā)揮了積極作用,也被越來(lái)越多的消費(fèi)者所接受,甚至將其作為首選的支付方式。電子支付作為新生事物,其中所牽涉的技術(shù)、行政監(jiān)管以及多方當(dāng)事人利益較為復(fù)雜,本文對(duì)電子商務(wù)支付中的相關(guān)法律問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析與研究,以求有助于電子商務(wù)的良性可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important way of electronic commerce settlement, electronic payment plays an important role in the development of electronic commerce. To a certain extent, electronic commerce can give full play to its potential only if electronic payment is widely used. Electronic payment has played an active role in facilitating transactions and promoting electronic commerce, and has been accepted by more and more consumers, even as the preferred payment method. Electronic payment as a new thing, involved in the technology, administrative supervision and multi-party interests is more complex, this paper analyzes and studies the relevant legal issues in e-commerce payment. In order to help the healthy and sustainable development of electronic commerce.
