【摘要】：正通過信托方式開展慈善活動(dòng),具有設(shè)立方式嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、外部監(jiān)督嚴(yán)格、運(yùn)營成本低廉、信息披露透明、資金安全可靠、資產(chǎn)保值增值等獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)慈善信托的悠久歷史作為一項(xiàng)優(yōu)良的財(cái)產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移和財(cái)產(chǎn)管理制度,信托肇始于中世紀(jì)的英國。信托產(chǎn)生之初,即與慈善公益結(jié)下了不解之緣。大量宗教信徒通過用益制(信托的前身)將自己的分封土地等財(cái)產(chǎn)捐贈(zèng)給教會(huì),這一發(fā)展宗教的行為本身就屬于
