【摘要】：正為了消除政府采購(gòu)領(lǐng)域的歧視做法,GPA得以產(chǎn)生并坎坷發(fā)展。2014年生效的修訂版GPA在文本結(jié)構(gòu)、適用范圍、一般原則、采購(gòu)程序等方面做出了重大修改,并成為后續(xù)談判及諸多F TA政府采購(gòu)章節(jié)的文本基礎(chǔ)。以韓國(guó)簽訂的FTA為例,歐盟-韓國(guó)FTA有例外地并入GPA2012,美國(guó)-韓國(guó)FTA部分并入GPA1994,澳大利亞-韓國(guó)
[Abstract]:The revised GPA, which came into force in 2014, has made major changes in terms of text structure, scope of application, general principles, procurement procedures, etc. And become the text foundation of subsequent negotiation and many chapters of F TA government procurement. Take the FTA signed by Korea as an example, the EU-Korea FTA has been incorporated into GPA 2012 with exception, the United States-South Korea FTA has been partially incorporated into GPA 1994, Australia and South Korea.
