【摘要】：經(jīng)濟法作為國家干預(yù)經(jīng)濟的基本法律形式,對于保障資源優(yōu)化配置具有重要作用。實現(xiàn)資源優(yōu)化配置,有賴于經(jīng)濟法的支持與保障。本文從資源優(yōu)化配置的基本概念入手,探討了資源優(yōu)化配置的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析了資源優(yōu)化配置需要經(jīng)濟法保障的客觀必然性,并以財政轉(zhuǎn)移支付制度為例作了具體剖析。
[Abstract]:As the basic legal form of state intervention in economy, economic law plays an important role in ensuring the optimal allocation of resources. The optimal allocation of resources depends on the support and guarantee of economic law. Starting with the basic concept of optimal allocation of resources, this paper probes into the standard of optimal allocation of resources, analyzes the objective inevitability that the optimal allocation of resources needs the guarantee of economic law, and takes the financial transfer payment system as an example to make a concrete analysis.
