【摘要】：梳理中央及主管部門有關(guān)文件,回顧工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督模式的演變,分析現(xiàn)行監(jiān)督模式中"與項(xiàng)目聯(lián)系過于緊密"這一特征,闡述監(jiān)督模式轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的思路和具體舉措,最后提出優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有監(jiān)督模式的建議。
[Abstract]:Combing the relevant documents of the central authorities and the competent departments, reviewing the evolution of the project quality supervision mode, analyzing the characteristics of "too close to the project" in the current supervision mode, expounding the train of thought and concrete measures for the transformation and development of the supervision mode.Finally, the suggestions of optimizing the existing supervision mode are put forward.
