【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用沃克洗錢規(guī)模測度模型和修正的沃克重力模型測度2000—2011年世界產(chǎn)生的年度洗錢規(guī)模及其流入中國的數(shù)量。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),世界產(chǎn)生的洗錢規(guī)模2000年為6 260.38億美元,2011年為10 705.96億美元,研究期間累計(jì)產(chǎn)生103 571.97億美元,平均每年產(chǎn)生8 631億美元;世界流入中國的洗錢規(guī)模2000年為2.76億美元,2011年為15.75億美元,研究期間累計(jì)流入77.31億美元,平均每年流入6.44億美元,其中,87.97%以上流入洗錢資金來源于美國、德國、英國、巴西、日本、韓國、法國、意大利。本研究對中國反洗錢政策的制訂和完善具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we use the Walker money laundering scale measurement model and the modified Walker gravity model to measure the annual money laundering scale and the amount of money laundering coming into China from 2000 to 2011.The study found that the scale of money-laundering generated worldwide was $6 26.038 billion in 2000 and $10 70.596 billion in 2011, with a cumulative production of $103 57.197 billion during the period under study, with an average annual production of $8 63.1 billion;The world's money laundering flows into China amounted to US $276 million in 2000 and US $1.575 billion in 2011. During the period under study, the cumulative inflow was US $7.731 billion, with an average annual inflow of US $644 million. More than 87.97% of the inflows came from the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Brazil,Japan, Korea, France, Italy.This study has important practical significance for the formulation and improvement of anti-money-laundering policy in China.
