【摘要】：隨著4G網(wǎng)絡的普及和智能終端的不斷升級,智能手機APP可謂是極大地方便了我們的生活,包括衣食住行等方方面面。而在出行這個問題上,網(wǎng)約車APP在給市民帶來良好服務體驗的同時,也對整個出租車行業(yè)帶來了沖擊,網(wǎng)約車的合法地位和安全監(jiān)管問題更一度引發(fā)各界熱議。本文認為網(wǎng)約車的合法化是一個必然,安全監(jiān)管則需要相應的立法規(guī)制,并對此進行了淺薄的分析研究。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of 4G networks and the continuous upgrading of smart terminals, the smartphone APP has greatly facilitated our lives, including food, clothing, housing and transportation. APP not only brings good service experience to the public, but also impacts the whole taxi industry. The legal status and safety supervision of the network ride-hailing have even aroused heated discussion from all walks of life. This article thinks that the legalization of net-ride-sharing is a necessity. The safety supervision needs the corresponding legislation regulation, and has carried on the shallow analysis and the research to this.
