【摘要】：當(dāng)前,公民對(duì)于公共服務(wù)的需求不斷增長(zhǎng)且日益多樣化,僅僅依靠政府單方面供給已經(jīng)無法滿足市場(chǎng)需求。推進(jìn)政府購(gòu)買公共服務(wù)合理有序的發(fā)展,不僅能夠引導(dǎo)社會(huì)力量參與以改善供需矛盾,而且能夠減輕政府壓力,使政府專注于核心公共服務(wù)的提供。
[Abstract]:At present, citizens' demand for public services is increasing and diversifying. Relying on the government's unilateral supply has not been able to meet the market demand and promote the development of the government's purchase of public services in a reasonable and orderly manner. It can not only guide the participation of social forces to improve the contradiction between supply and demand, but also relieve the pressure of the government and make the government focus on the provision of core public services.
