【摘要】：正在全球經(jīng)濟放緩的同時,中國經(jīng)濟的外向型特征仍在不斷增強。隨著國際匯率的變化,國內(nèi)閑置資本配置國外資產(chǎn)的欲望更加強烈。中國境內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)資本和金融資本通過設(shè)立跨境并購基金的形式,積極參與跨境并購重組,推動全球化、區(qū)域化的產(chǎn)業(yè)整合。本文結(jié)合實例操作,針對并購基金在跨境投融資中的運用,作簡要實務(wù)分析。一、并購基金跨境投資的優(yōu)勢并購基金作為戰(zhàn)略投資者參與國內(nèi)企業(yè)的跨國投資,可以幫助實業(yè)投資者克服地域、財務(wù)或運營管理上
