【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的不斷發(fā)展,使得融資租賃行業(yè)在國內(nèi)市場獲得了較快的發(fā)展,融資租賃作為一種有效的交易形式,其監(jiān)管法律制度仍面臨部分難題,不利于國內(nèi)融資租賃行業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。本文從融資租賃的概念入手,分析了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)融資租賃監(jiān)管體制存在的缺陷及其原因,進(jìn)而提出有效的解決對策,以完善國內(nèi)的融資租賃監(jiān)管法律制度,確保融資租賃行業(yè)的健康有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the financial leasing industry has been developing rapidly in the domestic market. As an effective form of transaction, the supervision and legal system of financial leasing still faces some difficulties. This paper, starting with the concept of financial leasing, analyzes the defects of the current domestic financial leasing supervision system and its causes, and then puts forward effective solutions to this problem, which is not conducive to the long-term development of the domestic financial leasing industry, which is not conducive to the long-term development of the domestic financial leasing industry. In order to improve the domestic financial leasing regulatory legal system to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the financial leasing industry.
