【摘要】：童星作為娛樂圈中的未成年人群體,其利益經(jīng)常受到雇主、新聞媒體及其監(jiān)護(hù)人的侵害。在人身利益方面,通過實(shí)行工作許可制和小時(shí)制,可以保障他們身體健康權(quán);確立兒童利益最大化原則及限制新聞媒體與表達(dá)自由,可以有效保護(hù)他們的隱私權(quán)。在財(cái)產(chǎn)利益方面,通過設(shè)立相應(yīng)信托賬戶并明確童星本人為其財(cái)產(chǎn)唯一所有權(quán)人,可以保證他們的獲得報(bào)酬權(quán);而合同解除權(quán)的賦予也使他們能夠更好地防范監(jiān)護(hù)人侵害,維護(hù)自己的自由意志。
[Abstract]:As a group of minors in the entertainment circle, child stars are often infringed by their employers, the news media and their guardians.
