【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,我國(guó)社會(huì)問題頻發(fā),從勞工問題到產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題,到環(huán)境問題,到資源消耗等等。也許這是多方面原因造成,但這其中最重要的一個(gè)原因就是我國(guó)企業(yè)在社會(huì)責(zé)任方面的缺失。在這次黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)中,第一次明確了"加強(qiáng)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任立法",這是前所未有的。從一些西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷來看,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任,對(duì)于改善社會(huì)問題有很大的幫助。本文主要從企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的基本概念出發(fā),對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任做簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,分析我國(guó)企業(yè)踐行社會(huì)責(zé)任的現(xiàn)狀,從而總結(jié)出一些對(duì)策性思考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, social problems occur frequently in China, from labor problems to product quality problems, to environmental problems, to resource consumption and so on. Perhaps this is caused by many reasons. However, one of the most important reasons is the lack of corporate social responsibility in our country. In the fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee, it was clear for the first time that "strengthen the legislation of corporate social responsibility". This is unprecedented. From the development experience of some western developed countries, strengthening corporate social responsibility is of great help to improve social problems. This paper mainly from the basic concept of corporate social responsibility. This paper briefly introduces corporate social responsibility, analyzes the present situation of corporate social responsibility in China, and sums up some countermeasures.
