【摘要】：正金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心和命脈,是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的重要支撐。近年來(lái),受我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)下行壓力加大等多重因素的影響,銀行業(yè)借款糾紛案件明顯增多,妥善處置好該類案件對(duì)于推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)快速健康發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。為此,濰坊中院于近期開(kāi)展了針對(duì)銀行業(yè)借款糾紛案件的專項(xiàng)調(diào)研活動(dòng),對(duì)近年來(lái)尤其是2015年全市法院銀行業(yè)借款糾紛案件進(jìn)行全面統(tǒng)計(jì)和深入分析,對(duì)引發(fā)此類糾紛案件的主要原因進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真研究。為貫徹和落實(shí)司法公開(kāi),促
