【摘要】：我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散和預(yù)防、市場(chǎng)秩序規(guī)范管理以及市場(chǎng)行為監(jiān)管等方面立法滯后,急需盡快完善農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)流通專門法律,通過制定和實(shí)施"農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)法""《價(jià)格法》管理細(xì)則""農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)法"等專業(yè)法律和制度,有效抑制和消除市場(chǎng)壟斷,促進(jìn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通行業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China's agricultural products pricing, risk dispersion and prevention, market order regulation and market behavior supervision and other aspects of legislation lag behind, the urgent need to improve the production and circulation of agricultural products as soon as possible special laws. We will effectively suppress and eliminate market monopolies through the formulation and implementation of specialized laws and systems such as the Agricultural Insurance Law and the regulations governing the Agricultural Insurance Law and the Agricultural products Wholesale Market Act. We will promote the healthy and orderly development of the agricultural products circulation industry.
