【摘要】：實施國家大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略最重要的是要推動大數(shù)據(jù)資源的共享、開放、開發(fā)和利用。隨著社會對政府數(shù)據(jù)資源需求的增加和創(chuàng)新應用能力的提高,政府數(shù)據(jù)開放過程中的安全風險也日益加劇。為了保證在信息安全的前提下最大限度開放政府數(shù)據(jù)資源,支持和鼓勵社會力量充分開發(fā)利用政府數(shù)據(jù)資源,對數(shù)據(jù)開放過程中有可能涉及商業(yè)秘密的數(shù)據(jù)資源進行評判、風險監(jiān)測以及保護等方面的研究就顯得尤為重要。文章針對當前典型的政府數(shù)據(jù)開放平臺進行調研,旨在識別商業(yè)秘密泄露的風險點并據(jù)此提出相應的保護策略。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the national strategy for big data is most important to promote the sharing of data resources, development and utilization. With the social demand for government data resources and increase the innovation ability of application, the process of safety risk in open government data is also increasing. In order to ensure the information security under the premise of maximizing open government data the resources, support and encourage social forces to make full use of government data resources to process data may be involved in the evaluation of open data resources business secrets, research on risk monitoring and other aspects of protection is particularly important. According to government data open platform for the typical research, aims to identify risk points and commercial secrets put forward the corresponding protection strategy.
