【摘要】：《招標(biāo)投標(biāo)法》頒布實(shí)施以來我國招投標(biāo)事業(yè)成長迅速,招投標(biāo)制度不斷完善,市場規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大。招投標(biāo)制度體現(xiàn)出市場經(jīng)濟(jì)公開透明原則且具備優(yōu)化資源配置功能。做好企業(yè)的招標(biāo)工作,不僅順應(yīng)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展潮流,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造良好的外部競爭環(huán)境,也有利于企業(yè)自身降低采購風(fēng)險(xiǎn),增強(qiáng)抵御風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力。招投標(biāo)作為富有競爭性的一種交易方式,我公司除廣泛應(yīng)用于工程以及與工程有關(guān)的設(shè)備、材料、勘察、設(shè)計(jì)、監(jiān)理外,還擴(kuò)大到原料采購、物資出售等領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Since the promulgation and implementation of the Law on tendering and bidding, the cause of tendering and bidding in China has grown rapidly, and the bidding system has been continuously improved. The market scale is expanding day by day. The bidding system embodies the principle of market economy openness and transparency and has the function of optimizing the allocation of resources. To do well the bidding work of enterprises not only conforms to the development trend of market economy. To create a good external competitive environment for enterprises, but also conducive to reduce procurement risks, enhance the ability to resist risks. Bidding as a competitive way of trading. Our company not only widely used in engineering and related equipment, materials, survey, design, supervision, but also expand to raw materials procurement, material sales and other fields.
